Apartment rental rates and income limits are established by HUD (Housing and Urban Development). To qualify for an apartment, the household’s gross income may not exceed the maximum income limit per household size.
Applications are available during normal business hours by fax, mail or walk-in. Applicants must report any changes in writing or by phone immediately.
Applications are accepted and reviewed to determine eligibility. If a unit is not available, application is put on an active waitlist. When a unit becomes available, applicant(s) will be called for an interview. It is the applicant(s) responsibility to provide necessary documents needed to proceed with verification process. Once verification process is started, documents are good for 120 days.
